1. Eligibility for Refund
Customers may request a refund within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date the product is received.
Refunds are available for:
Returned products
Exchanged products when applicable
Products returned with or without defects
2. Refund Amount
Customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid, with no deductions or hidden fees.
SEVENSNK does not charge any administrative, processing, or restocking fees.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product is received and the request is validated, the refund will be processed within 10 (ten) calendar days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
